 The ZJ**D contactor is a SPST (Single Pole Single Throw; normally open type) DC contactor, designed for direct current loads, particularly for motors on small electric vehicles such as light industrial trucks, electric forklift, electric pallet stacker, golf cart, etc. The ZJ**D contactor features double breaking main contacts with silver alloy contact tips, which are resistant to welding, durable, and have excellent conductivity. The main rated load current of the contact circuit is 50- 400A. The dielectric strength is 1000V AC for 1 minute at 50Hz. The current volt drop of the main contact at 400A is not above 80mV. The dimensions of the contactor are 104.5x65x106 mm (LxWxH). It can be mounted using two 6.5mm fixing holes in a bracket with a pitch-row of 63mm. The contactor can work continuously for 8 hours and has a mechanical life of 100,000 times and an electric life of 2,000,000 times.
